LAURENT – BRAND DEVELOPMENT

ZOO worked closely with Hotel Café Royal on the brand development, menu design and marketing support for Laurent – a new Grill and Sushi Bar by Laurent Tourondel in the heart of the West End. This hotel branding brief formed part of an integrated marketing campaign, rolling out the brand across all touch points including Ziggy’s Cocktail Bar.
