HOTEL XENIA – REFRESHED BRAND PROPOSITION

As a recent addition to the Autograph Collection, where every hotel is handpicked for its distinctiveness, a refreshed brand refresh proposition and story was required.  With ZOO’s 20-year experience as a hotel marketing agency, we were delighted to propose a new positioning “Defined by courtesy, refined by culture” which expresses the openness of the hotel staff and its proximity to London’s Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea museums.

 

A new website was launched and their in-hotel printed collateral was revamped to bring it in line with existing hotels in the Collection.

 

ZOO was also asked to drive hotel and restaurant bookings focusing on atracting a local market, and incentivise the take-up of experience packages.  Find out more about the successful results we delivered to increase site traffic, boost social media engagement and achieve highly efficient cost per click and clickthrough rates on paid marketing.
