OAKHILL PARK – Development Launch

Oakhill Park is a collection of luxury apartments in the heart of Putney, South West London.  ZOO worked with the developers and contracted agent to produce all branding design and marketing communications collateral, from off-plan selling to the show home opening. In an area highly populated with new developments, the client required a strong brand to be created that could represent the lifestyle created by these new homes.

A logo was created using the traditional stonework also present in the grounds of the development. A prestigious brochure and suite of supporting marketing content was produced for their overseas and UK launch, as well as an extensive advertising campaign.
