Fornacelli is a leading bespoke, property development and investment agency, synonymous with creating luxurious, but liveable homes in prime Central London.

Their recent development, Spencer House in the heart of Chelsea is a beautiful stucco fronted period property. Impeccable care has been taken to restore many of the property’s original features and a brochure was needed to sell this stunning residency.

ZOO designed and produced a beautiful gold foiled brochure using mock-leather embossed paper with a subtle repeat pattern varnished on the inside covers. Photography was selected to highlight the interior design, colour palettes and attention to detail throughout each room.
